Never miss an empty shelf.
Point a camera at one shelf. ShelfScan tells you, in plain words, whether that shelf is full, running low, has a gap, or needs a check.
- 1Point the camera
- 2Capture the full shelf
- 3Watch for gaps
- 4Restock, then re-capture

Try the demo shelf, or start your camera.
No camera? The demo shelf needs none. A photo upload checks one picture; a video upload checks its first frame only. To set the full shelf from a photo (no camera needed), use “Set full shelf from a photo” below.
Right now
Capture a full shelf first, then ShelfScan can watch it for you.

- What this means
- An estimate, not a stock count. It cannot say which product is missing.
Use this after restocking. It sets the new full shelf and clears any alert.
More options
Validated setting is 0.10. Lower finds more items; higher finds fewer, more certain items. This applies to camera frames and photo uploads.
For the camera view, or the last photo you uploaded. It draws around the largest item it can see.
What each state means
- Full — Looks like the full shelf. No action.
- Low — Some items are missing. Check soon.
- Gap — A clear empty area. Restock now.
- Check shelf — Lighting or camera moved. Do not trust this reading; fix the camera or lighting, then re-capture if the shelf is full.
Alerts appear here only — no messages are sent anywhere else. A gap or low state held for a few frames in a row raises one alert banner.
